Homemade treats
Our home made biscuits are just that, totally home baked in our kitchen with love. Not each biscuit will be the same which makes them unique as we have personally hand rolled the dough and cookie cut them individually. But your doggo wont mind if they are not perfect. :)

How long will it take to get my order?
We make our homemade biscuits to order which take up to 3 days for baking as we dehydrate them for longer shelf life. Please allow up to 7 to 10 days for them to completely reach your pooch.

How do you pack the treats?
We wanted to do our bit for the environment and make sure that some of the packaging we use does not get added to landfill.

Our treats are packed in kraft paper bags which are biodegradable.

Our postage boxes are carboard and can be recycled at home or flattened and placed in your yellow recycle home bin. All our mailing satchels and bubble wrap are 100% compostable and can be placed in your home green bin or feed them to your worm farm. They will thank you for it!

What ingredients do you use? 
We use all natural human grade ingredients, which have been locally sourced in South Australia, the Fleurieu and Adelaide Hills or from our own garden. We have chickens, so sometimes the eggs are used directly from the coop, herbs like mint and parsley are also home grown.

There are no preservatives, salt or other additives in our dog biscuits. Our ingredients are listed on all product bags and on each product page. 

Our dehydrated meat/fish treats are all 100% Australian sourced products and majority come from SA and Victorian farms. 

How long will treats last for?
Our homemade biscuits are baked and dehydrated to ensure they are kept at their freshest with a long shelf life (12 weeks) as there are no nasties (preservatives) in them. But we can tell you that they will be woofed down before then. Our dehydrated meat treats can last up to 12 months when stored correctly.

How should I store my treats?
Once you receive your treats, its best to keep them stored in an airtight container, away from moisture and heat.

What are your opening hours? 
Our online store operates 24hrs a day and you are welcome to place an order whenever you like.
